Short. ▲

Hello there.

I just needed to blog a short post to relieve the extreme stress i've feeling recently due to the impending Olevels and the current prelims3.

So it's the last prelims for the year and the very last lap in our preparation for the Olevels. Time really flies now that i think about it. It feels like it was just yesterday I entered secondary1 and now i'm so close to my graduation. urgh did i also mention that i've been slacking alot for this prelim? I'm not sure what got into me but I feel that as the Olevels get closer, I get even lazier and less motivated to put in any effort.

Speaking of which, my coursework deadline is next monday! Finally! I'm so glad I can finally hand up my 80 pages worth of effort to the markers of SEAB. It's 9months of pure hardwork, the many accidents in the workshop, staying back late in school etc, all worth it. I couldnt be any prouder of my journal and the progression ive made the past year. I really must thank Mdm Cheng for all the support and teachings to get me to where I am right now. Well, she's pretty evil for keeping me in the dark on how well im actually doing in d&t. I mean how can she tell my friends and other teachers that i'm doing well and tell me the complete opposite? But i'm kinda glad she did as I probably wouldve became complacent and completely lose motivation and focus on my project and on the subject.
Now, all i have to care about is my theory paper for D&T. :)

On another note, I got my chinese olevel results! Initially, I thought I was going to do really badly as my first thought after the paper was that the paper was immensely difficult. I had a strong feeling that I had barely passed and I was firm on retaking the paper again. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I actually achieved an A2! I even scored a distinction in my olevel chinese oral when i'm quite positive that i tripped over my words and even spouted an english word by accident. Overall, I am very contented with my score and it's a huge relief to know that i've secure my first A on my olevel certificate!

Oh! Also, our school is having a prom for the graduating cohort! haha i've never actually had a prom or even a simple graduation celebration before so it is quite exciting for me! In primary school, all we had was a short performance and that was pretty much it. And in addition to that, I've obviously dreamt of a prom since i was a little girl so I'm actually pretty excited for that!

To all those in the same boat as I am, Olevels is fast approaching! 46 more days! But it'll soon be over too, much like ripping a bandaid off your wound! it'll be over before you know it! So push on for the last 72 days before the end of Os! Keep fighting!

I guess that's it for my post? It's a rather short one, isnt it?
It's actually 6:13am on a sunday right now and i'm using my study break to type this so I really have to go back to the books :( byeeee.
