hello!
so i quit jack's place a month ago and it was a tough decision because i was having a somewhat stable 'career' there where i knew how to do everything i had to do and knew everyone there. and ive worked there for 5months before i made the decision to quit, even before finding a new job.
i was jobless for about a week(?), before sherman found a job and i contacted the person for us (sherman, daryl and i) to get the job! it was a packing job near hougang for Zalora. I wasnt that keen because ive always thought that packing jobs were a real bore but i tagged along anyway because there were my friends.
well, i was totally WRONG. i was making friends every single day at work and somehow, we found a group of us that just clicked. we talked and slacked together during work and slowly, as our month there ended, friendships were forged. and we decided to celebrate our differences and new forged friendships with an outing to adventure cove yesterday.
it was weird because we only knew one another for less than a few weeks, some even just a few days, and we were already talking and playing together as though we have been friends forever. our ages ranged from 16 all the way to 25, but our mentality were at the same level. ;)
i had the best day ever yesterday at adventure cove and dinner (where joel and daryl joined us). we played all the rides and joked all the way.

thankful for all the friends i made while working in a really dingy warehouse along payar lebar airbase. well, sometimes you find treasure in a garbage bin. ;)
but now, im jobless again as my orientation week approaches.
